I use Securiteam where I work. I consistently receive excellent service and the team (especially Vince and Rob) is very responsive and helpful whenever I have a question or an issue.
Vince was patient when I was new and learning the system. He almost always picks up the phone when I call and when I do have to leave a voice mail, he promptly returns my call.
The monitoring products themselves are very useful. I have used similar products from several other companies when I've worked at other locations and the combination of a reliable product and great service makes Securiteam by far the best I have worked with.
Excellent product and customer service! Securiteam was quick to schedule an on-site walk-thru of our facility for a needs assessment. Rob worked closely with the owner and on-site staff to meet expectations for product coverage and costs.
