Aesthetic Security, High Level Protection
The aesthetics at Estancia’s gleaming amenity center meant providing a high quality integrated security solution that didn’t detract from the beauty of the facility. Our custom solution took all of that into account while providing a robust solution ensuring high level protection. 
The cameras feature custom manufactured camera mounts to maintain the amenity center aesthetic.
State of the art S2 access control and Virtual Security Guard provide unobtrusive, proactive surveillance with offsite video monitoring powered by Panasonic Pan Tilt Zoom Security Cameras with advanced auto tracking.
The Burglar alarm solution features next generation Alarm.com interactive technology that can be armed from a computer or a mobile phone, providing Estancia security the ability to check in anytime and arm and disarm the system remotely, watch live video, or update settings at any time (Thermostat settings, the ability to turn lights on and off and locking doors can all be done remotely). Better still, the system lets Estancia know what’s happening at the property at any time – whether their system is armed or not.
The pool area solution includes next generation people detection with Video analytics. Easy to use photo ID badging and genuine HID cards and card readers completed the solution, all with the idea of keeping the aesthetic unaffected.
